Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
Resistance. There is no blood in this creature. Resistant to slashing and piercing damage.
Multiattack. One with its bite and one with its claws (hybrid form).
Bite Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.
Infected Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage. DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save target takes 4 necrotic damage.

A undead werewolf is a savage predator that can appear in it's terrifying hybrid form—a furred and well-muscled undead humanoid body topped by a ravening wolf’s head.
