Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.
Innate Spellcasting. The dragon's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 17). The dragon can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: augury, bane, bless, divination, plane shift (self only)
1/day each: polymorph (self only)
Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage. Instead of dealing damage, the dragon can grapple the target (escape DC 17).
Create Rain. The dragon exhales storm clouds, creating the effects of the control weather spell in a two mile radius, causing cool conditions, rain, and moderate winds to take shape over the course of 10 minutes, lasting for 1 hour.
Change Shape. The dragon magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into its true form. Other than its size, its statistics are the same in each form. If the dragon dies, it reverts to its true form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the dragon's choice).
Invisibility. The dragon magically turns invisible until it attacks or casts a spell, or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the dragon wears or carries is invisible with it.
