Immortality: When Tai dies he comes back in 10 days.
Inniate spellcasting: Tai’s spellcasting ability is Intelligence(Spell save DC 27, +19 to hit with spell attacks). He can innately cast the following spells without any components.
At will: Gate.
3/day(each): Raise dead, prismatic spray, Summon dragon.
1/day(each): Power word kill, True resurrection, Wish.
Godly speed: Tai can take any action as a bonus action that isn’t a Multiattack.
Legendary resistance(10 day): When Tai fails a saving throw he can succeed instead.
Dominant mind: Tai can’t have his thoughts read or be controlled without him excepting.
Friendly fire: Tai can’t hit someone who he doesn’t want to hit.
Regenerate: When Tai dies he comes back the next day.
Multiattack: Tai uses his frightful presence first, Then he makes 3 attacks, 2 with his claws and one with his bite.
Bite: +19 to hit, melee weapon attack, reach 15ft. Hit: 57piercing damage+ 26 radiant damage
Claw: +19 to hit, melee weapon attack, reach 10ft. Hit: 43 slashing damage
Tail: +19 to hit, melee weapon attack, reach 25ft. Hit: 39bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled(escape save DC 25) and Tai can’t grapple another creature. On the start of each of Tai’s turns the grappled creature takes 34 bludgeoning damage
Blinding breath(recharge 5-6): Each creature in a 250ft cone must make a DC 30 dexterity saving throw or take 115 radiant damage and be blinded for 3 rounds.
Destruction breath(recharge 5-6): Everything in a 250ft cone must make a DC 30 Dexterity saving throw or take 85 necrotic damage + 85 fire damage. Non magical plants and object disintegrate. The fire stays on any surface in that cone for 5 rounds making it difficult terrain. Each creature that walks in the fire takes 35 fire damage.
Frightful presence: each creature that looks at Tai must make a DC 25 constitution saving throw or be frightened for 3 rounds. If a creature succeeds they are immune to it for the next 24 hours.
Destruction nova(1/day): Everything in a 1,000,000 ft radius of Tai must make a DC 30 constitution saving throw or take 9000 radiant damage. This ingnores resistance and immunity.
Tai can take 10 legendary actions, one at a time at the end of a creatures turn, he regains his spent actions at the start of his turn.
Detect: Tai makes a perception check.
Tail attack: Tai makes a tail attack.
Wing attack( cost 3): Tai fires a tornado in a 130ft long 20 ft long line. Everything in that line that is a creature makes a DC 30 dexterity check or be pushed that far and take 50 bludgeoning damage. Objects are just pushed and take damage unless magic.
The balanced: When Tai dies he comes back with 400 hp and all his attacks do 20 extra damage. He gains the following legendary actions.
Breath weapon(cost 5): Tai uses a breath weapon even if it needs recharge.
Heal(cost 7): Tai heals 200 hp.
Shield(cost 5) Tai shields him and 3 allies giving them +3 to AC.
Description
Tai is a giant dragon that is rarely known by many people. He comes every 50,000 years to destroy the multiverse to create new life, and even new gods every 50,000. He is the deity. More powerful than all. He once created the far realm but he couldn’t destroy it. That is why it is there. The dragon gods we know, Bahamut, Tiamat, Ao etc. and all other gods are his creations. Except the lady of pain ( who is a literal mystery, she can’t die????????).
