On a failed save, the target retches and can't take actions for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. A creature that doesn't need to breathe or is immune to poison automatically succeeds on the saving throw.
Claw. Melee Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Attack: +2 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Description
This horror is from a young child's nightmare come try. (Really, my daughter woke me up with this saying she had a nightmare about an undead skunk squirrel.) with the front half of a gray squirrel grafted onto the rear of a skunk. The mage who created this had no sense of smell and hated his neighbors.
