Keen Smell. The panther has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Pounce. If the panther moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and slams into it on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the panther can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.
Telepathy. The panther can create a telepathic link with a willing creature. Through this, they can both share thoughts, images, words, and sounds with each other. Any creature with at least intelligence of a 2 can understand what the panther is saying.
Transformation. The panther can transform into a humanoid being for any amount of time. It can turn back at will anytime.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage.
Isn't it a little OP for a 1/4 CR?

How does this thing have 10d10 health but 120 average? Wouldn't the most you can get be 100 hp?

Yeah yikes, guys I made this in high school during dnd club I apologize. As a much better writer, and with a much better understanding of how dnd works I apologize lol.
