Breath Weapon:
 
Deus Vult has four kinds of breath weapons: a line of acid, poisonous & fire or a mix of the 3 in any combination and a cone of poisonous acidic gas. Every creature within the area of the poisonous acidic gas must succeed on a Constitution save or take 1 point of Constitution damage permanently per age category of the dragon. It must then succeed on a second save at the same DC 1 minute later or take the same amount of damage.

HellFire Aura: Deus Vult is surrounded by an aura of intense hellish heat. All creatures within 15 feet take 2d6 points of fire damage & 2d6 points of necrotic damage at the beginning of the dragon’s turn.
The surrounding environment that’s within his aura takes the same amount of damage as well catches on fire & or melts due to his Inferno aura. Deus Vult can control who & what is affected by his HellFire Aura.  

Hellish JawsAt young age and older, Deus Vult dragon’s bite & grapple attacks deals additional fire damage equal to its CR level 30 

The Exiled Sun: Deus Vult body is Capable absorbing vast amounts of superheated elemental energy from any source. Other sources of Fire & Lightning Damage excluding from his own actions over heals him. Any additional healing is treated as temporary health & boost his damage equals to the same amount of over health he gained temporarily for the day. 

Hell Born Meteor: Deus Vult can crash his body into multiple foes as a full-round action, allowing it to simultaneously charge all creatures in a 90-foot-wide path. In addition, gigantic or smaller creatures in its path must succeed on a DC 20 Dex save or take 3d20+20 points of bludgeoning & fire damage. Unattended objects in Deus Vult path take damage triple damage. Deus Vult can continue moving up to 30 feet or until it fails to successfully charge a creature in its path.

Adamantine Razor Claws & Teeth: Deus Vult Claws & Teeth are made of adamantine, and have the qualities of a weapon made from that material. Whenever Deus Vult makes a successful attack with its claws & bite, it deals an additional bleed damage. The amount of bleed damage a creature takes depends on Deus Vult CR Levels 30.

Petrifying GazeTurn to stone permanently, range 120 feet, constitution DC 25.can be as wide as everyone in his eyesight or can be pinpointed to certain individuals 

Steel Dragon True PolymorphA steel dragon's polymorph ability allows it to take on a human form that is protected from spells designed to reveal its true nature and can even allow it to have human offspring while polymorphedThis allows the dragon to fully immerse itself in human society, often leading them to live in large cities and associate with artists or information brokers. Deus Vult is immune to any & all forms of soul, mind & body control. Deus Vult is being chased by both the 3rd goddess of magic: Mystra, the gods & goddess of dragons IO, Bahamut & Tiamat as well as their followers are till he is caught, enslaved or killed. He is forbidden to enter any of there temples, be helped by any of their followers & he is know by them in name only.

- Every time he use a 9th level spells the gods will have a 10% chance to know where he is & send their followers to his location.

- Every time he use a 10th level spells the gods will have a 25% chance to know where he is & send their followers to his location.

- Every time he use 11th level spell the gods will have a 50% chance to know where he is & send their followers to his location.

-  Every time he becomes his Ancient Great Wyrm Size, the gods will have a 50% chance to know where he is & send their followers to his location.

All spells he cast doesn’t require any components nor make any noise, is completely independent from the current weave. Deus Vult Has part of the original weave inside fused with his soul essence & heart. He is not bound by the second magic goddess banning, nor can the Thrid magic goddess can enforce it on him. He is completely immune to their influence & control.
