Traits

Shapechange. Xehantea can change her appearance and voice. She can change her coloration, hair length, sex, height, weight, and she can change her size between Medium and Small. She can look like another race, though none of your game statistics change. Her clothing and equipment may also change appearance.

Soul of Deceit. Xehantea’s thoughts can’t be read by telepathy or other means, unless They allows it. They can present false thoughts by succeeding on a Deception) check contested by the mind reader’s Insight) check. Magic that would determine if They Are telling the truth indicates They are being truthful if They so chooses, and They can’t be compelled to tell the truth by magic.

Magic Resistance. Xehantea has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Alert. Xehantea is immune to the surprised condition. She has advantage on initiative rolls. Unseen attackers do not gain advantage as a result of being unseen by Xehantea.

Unending Breath. You can hold your breath indefinitely while you’re not incapacitated.

Legendary Resistance (4/Day, or 5/Day in Lair). If Xehantea fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

 

 

 

 

 

Actions

Multiattack. Xehantea makes Four attacks with they blades.

Blades. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 10) piercing damage. On hit they make a con save (DC 20) on a failed save they take 3D10 narcotic damage and their hip point maximum is reduced by that amount half of much on a successful save

Unsettling Visage (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). Each creature within 120 feet of the changeling must succeed on a DC 26 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Bonus Actions

Harness Divine Power You can expend a use of your Channel Divinity to fuel your spells. As a bonus action, you touch your holy symbol, utter a prayer, and regain one expended spell slot, which can be no higher than level 3. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Hexblade’s Curse. Once per short rest, as a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 30 ft. to curse it for 1 minute (or until the target dies, you die, or you are incapacitated). Against the cursed target, you gain a +6 bonus to damage rolls, score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, and you regain 27 HP if it dies.
Reactions

Xehantea can take up to Two reactions per round but only one per turn.

Fade Away. Immediately after Xehantea takes damage, she can use a reaction to magically become invisible until the end of her next turn or until she attacks, deals damage, or forces someone to make a saving throw.

Protective Magic Xehantea casts Counterspell or Shield in response to the spell’s trigger, using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting.

 

Legendary Actions

Xehantea, the sole believer. can take 2 (4 in Lair) legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The Xehantea, the sole believer. regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Move. Xehantea, the sole believer. moves up to its speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Blades Strike. Xehantea, the sole believer. makes two Blades Strikes.

 Commanding Presence. (Costs 2 Actions) Xehantea uses Spellcasting to cast Command (level 2 version). Xehantea can’t take this action again until the start of its next turn.

Eldritch Blast (Costs 2 Actions). Xehantea, the sole believer. makes four Eldritch Blast attack.

Xehantea, the sole believer.

The great evil you are trying to release is known as
Jesk’arage, lost queens of echos.

Jesk was too strong for the vorpal amber to kill she she instead cast imprisonment on her and sealed her away and built a school on top to bury her. Her imprisonment will only be broken by the last living person in this realm to know she exists (hence the name, sole believer) - think of how many people you had to kill to fulfill the condition of being the last person to believe

Lair and Lair Actions

The lair is a former nest of a false Hydra that has been repurposed as an altar to the queen there is a throne in the center and the Corpse of A false Hydra which still lingers with access psychic energy

At initiative count 20 the excess psychic energy of the nest radiates causing all hostiles to make an intelligent saving dc 22 or taking 2d12 psychic damage on a failed also roll a d4 the victims hallucinate causing one of three affects if succeeded half as much damage and no hallucinate
