2nd Amendment. The american has 15 firearms and they cant be tooken away.

Bigotry. The american has +5 on attack rolls to humanoids that arent white male humans

Gun Gun pew pew. The american deals double damage with their firearms 

Plus sized. The american weighs 694202167 pounds. If they run more than 100 ft in one minute they take 20d10 obeise damage from a heart attack.

WTF is a KILOMETERRRRR!!!!!!!!!1!!! If a map isnt made with FREEDOM UNITS then the american can teleport wherever they want on the place thats mapped out

Rapid Fire. The american shoots one gun for each enemy in sight.

Nuke. The american finds a nuke button and presses it. one random country that doesn't have DEMOCRACY is destroyed. If the players are in the country then they and their characters take 100d8 nuke damage.

Gun. Ranged Weapon Attack: +21 to hit, range 420/670 ft., one target. Hit: 99 GUN damage.

Eat Fast food. The american eats a large amount of greasy foods and recovers 99 hitpoints. This also increases their weight by 10 pounds.

AMERICAAAAAA!!! The american makes a speech about freedom with LOTS OF CUSS WORDS and every ally of the american within 120 ft gain advantage on attack rolls and their attacks deal extra 2d12 FREEDOM damage until the end of their next turn.

Back in my day(boomer only). The american says something about america being better back in the day and how young people suck and stuff. All players who are younger than 60 have their characters take 3d12 old damage.

The economy suuuucks!(melenial and X only). The american talks about how bad and awful and unafordable the economy is, and all money within 120 ft of them teleports to the 9 hells.

Cancelled!!!!!!!!1(Z only). One character who said something questionable is flooded with even more questionable hate comments. They must succed on a DC 25 int saving throw or take 6d12 internet damage.

SIX-SEVEEEEEEEEEEN(alpha only). All players older than 15 have their characters take 99 brainrot damage.

Self Centered Patriotism. If someone says something UNPATRIOTIC then the american says something INCREDIBLY STUPID. everyone within 60 ft of the stupidity must succed on DC 20 wis saving throws or take 3d12 cringe damage.
