Any creature that starts its turn in that area must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of its next turn. While poisoned] in this way, the target can take either an action or a bonus action on its turn, not both, and can’t take reactions

Death Throes. Upon reaching 0 hp., an uncow's udder bursts in a 15 ft. sphere centered on its hind-quarters, releasing a disgusting greenish-black sticky liquid , dealing 7 (2d6) necrotic damage. Affected individual s radiate a 5-foot radius of fetid stench  of rotten milk, which lasts until washed with holy water or 3 days have elapsed. Vegetable matter struck by the liquid dies and becomes inedible, and nothing will grow in that square until at least two seasons have passed, or either a Druid grove a Hallow is cast on it.

Description

The uncow is a dread creature, resembling a cow but with the withered muscles of a zombie, the red eyes of a demon, a terrible odor as awful as ghasts, and an tensely stretch udder full to the point of bursting, leaking greenish black liquid with the odor of rotten milk. It is not only feared for its revolting appearance and dangerous attacks, but also because its death corrupts fields onto which its udder's contents is splattered in its death throes. It is the result of normal cows breathing the mist seeping out of underground temples to Orcus in which a cow has been sacrificed the night of a new moon.
