Pierced skull. The Undead Brass Dragon has a magical weapon staged into its head emanating necrotic magic. This is the worse on the skeletons reanimation. If this weapon would be removed from the Dragon's skull, the Undead Brass Dragon would collapse into a mere Brass Dragon skeleton, as it once was. to remove the weapon that must score 20+ in a strength check. 

Lungless. As the Undead Brass Dragon is near a reanimated skeleton it has no need for things like breathing or eating, tho it might be observed displaying eating behavior, it is in fact just ripping flesh of its enemy's for the sake of it. 

 

Actions

Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

 

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage.

Fire Breath. The dragon exhales fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 55 (10d10) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Gold Rush. Ranged Weapon Attack: + 7 to hit, reach 50ft., multipel targets The Undead Brass Dragon slams at the hopes of gold and treasure and throws it at all creatures within 50ft of the Undead Brass Dragon. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 12 (4d4) bludgeoning damage or half on a successful one.

Magic Flames. Any one creature in the Undead Brass Dragon's area of vision must succeed in a d20 (14)  will saving-throw. If failed the creature takes 2d6(+3) psychic damage. In the creature is waring any silver object or any holy symbol, that have advantage om the saving-throw.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Roar. The Undead Brass Dragon makes a bloodcurdling roar. All creatures must do a DC 17 Constitution saving throw of become stunned for one turn. 

 

Reactions

Slam. The Undead Brass Dragon can reach out and slam down on any creature trying to flee. The creature has to make a dexterity saving-throw. If failed the creature takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage. 

Description

The Undead Brass Dragon is the reanimated skeleton from a Ancient Brass Dragon who died in its layer. The half god Saakt, god of caos and disruption drove the sear of hunger in its skull, charging it with necrotic magic from it's imprisoned souls, reawakening the deceased dragon. Its body near bones but with glowing green lights in its place for eyes. This is no longer an old dying dragon, but a blind servant of caos. The Undead Brass Dragon has no emotions nor fears. It's only will is to carry our the bidding of Saakt, killing.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 15 (losing initiative ties), the Undead Brass Dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Undead Brass Dragon can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • The Undead Bras Dragon can start green magical fires anywere in its field of vision. When first appearing the flame bursts out violently and any creature within 15ft will take 1d10 of fire damage. These flames can not be put out by non-magical actions but will putt out in two hour or when the Undead Brass Dragon dies.
  • Can reawaken any dead creature in a 120ft radius and create a zombie. 

Regional Effects

The region containing a legendary Undead Brass Dragon’s lair is disturbed, which creates one or more of the following effects:

  • Meat decays instantly after the creatures death. 
  • Poisoned water

If the [monster name] dies, these effects fade instantly.
