Unetu

The unetu is a hare-sized creature with a dog-like stature with males being taller than females. Other differences between the genders of the unetu are females having bat-like noses and horns with an overall shorter stature, while males have a larger stature, fluff on the top and inside their ears, and tails being purple as opposed to gray. All unetu come with two spots under their yellow-tinted eyes with purple swirls. These two spots come in one short spot and one long spot. Their mouths appear jagged and sharp but in actuality, this is a scare tactic, they have stunted flat teeth with a pair of canines. Unetu come with markings on their bodies that resemble claw marks that come in pairs of three. When the unetu bonds with a host usually by sleeping with them during a long rest. The unetu forms a bond with a humanoid over the period of one day, during the next long rest whoever is closest to the unetu emotionally will gain the tapered three claw Esq markings on their body corresponding to the limb the marking appears on the unetu. Once an unetu bonds to a humanoid the host will fell extreme feelings of insomnia and inability to sleep. Unetu have no idea of their effects on humans and if made known with the Speak With Animals spell they will be extremely apologetic but still be unable to stop their effects. Unetu are omnivorous and will use its psychic prowess to hunt prey larger than itself at a distance. The unetu almost never has malicious intent toward humanoids usually only hunting quadrupeds both prey and predator.
