Limitation. can only use his magic for one hour before becoming exhausted.
Spellcasting. Xavier is a 9th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 23, +22 to hit with spell attacks). Xavier has following spells prepared:
Dimension Door
- Casting Time: 1 bonus action
- Range: 500 feet
- Components: V
- Duration: Instantaneous
- Classes: Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard
- You teleport yourself from your current location to any other spot within range. You arrive at exactly the spot desired. It can be a place you can see, one you can visualize, or one you can describe by stating distance and direction, such as “200 feet straight downward” or “upward to the northwest at a 45-degree angle, 300 feet.”
You can bring along objects as long as their weight doesn’t exceed what you can carry. You can also bring one willing creature of your size or smaller who is carrying gear up to its carrying capacity. The creature must be within 5 feet of you when you cast this spell.
If you would arrive in a place already occupied by an object or a creature, you and any creature traveling with you each take 4d6 force damage, and the spell fails to teleport you.
Time Stop
- Casting Time: 1 action
- Range: Self
- Components: V
- Duration: Instantaneous
- Classes: Sorcerer, Wizard
- You briefly stop the flow of time for everyone but yourself. No time passes for other creatures, while you take 1d4 + 1 turns in a row, during which you can use actions and move as normal.
This spell ends if one of the actions you use during this period, or any effects that you create during this period, affects a creature other than you or an object being worn or carried by someone other than you. In addition, the spell ends if you move to a place more than 1,000 feet from the location where you cast it.
Shadow Spirit. A shadow spirit (use specter stats and add healing abilities matching the damage of it's attacks) appears and helps Xavier for three turns.
Scythe. Melee Weapon Attack: +22 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 105 (13d12 + 25) Slashing damage. A creature that's HP hits zero from this attack cannot make death saves, a creature killed by this attack cannot be brought back to life.
Elemental Secrets. Ranged Attack: +22 to hit, range 10560 ft., 30 targets. Hit: 2548 (390d12 + 25) Lightning damage. Damage is split evenly among targets. loses three minutes of magic use.
Dodge. impose disadvantage on attack rolls directed towards Xavier.
Agility. advantage on DEX Saves.
Misty Step (three times per day). Teleport up to 30 ft. to dodge an attack.
Eternal End (Costs 10 Actions). Melee Weapon Attack: +22 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 105 (13d12 + 25) Slashing damage. add (390d12 + 25) Lightning damage. A creature that's HP hits zero from this attack cannot make death saves, a creature killed by this attack cannot be brought back to life.
