Fixed breaking issue in Character Quick Build and Randomize screens that sometimes prevented creation of character.
Fixed issue with certain class features not applying proficiencies (for example, the Barbarian's Aspect of the Beast Tiger option was not applying the extra proficiencies gained).
Fixed issue where new sources (like the Tortle Package) were not showing up in Race filter in character builder.
