Choose From 4 D&D Classes
This Minecraft DLC is a fully-voiced D&D adventure, but before you can jump in, you'll need a character. You'll choose from among four classes—barbarian, paladin, rogue, and wizard—each with their own unique strengths.
- Barbarian: Hit hard and take hits with ease as the barbarian!
- Paladin: Smite your enemies in the name of your deity and heal yourself when times get tough.
- Rogue: Run in, attack with poisons, and watch as your enemies succumb to their injuries.
- Wizard: Hurl fireballs to destroy your enemies and use protective magic when they manage to strike back.
Once you've selected your class, you'll allocate stat points to either round out your character or further specialize them. In classic D&D fashion, you'll level up and collect loot on your adventures so you can take on greater challenges (and scarier monsters!) in the Forgotten Realms.
Visit Candlekeep, Icewind Dale, and More
Your adventures in the Minecraft x Dungeons & Dragons DLC will take you throughout Faerûn, a beloved setting in D&D lore. You'll visit such locations as:
- Candlekeep is the greatest repository of knowledge in the Forgotten Realms. The keep is a vast library of books and scrolls and was built along a coastline.
- Icewind Dale: The Frozen North is a nigh-inhospitable tundra, with the only bastion of civilization being Ten-Towns, a series of small towns home to an enduring people.

Yep!
It's a typical move with Minecraft. The new shiny things always go to java PC version first. After awhile they develop it further and it slowly moves to other platforms. By the time none of us care anymore it will be available on PS4
can anyone find the price of the dlc?
$9.00 US i think
NOOOOO!!!!!!! That's more money than I own (Not really)
whaaattttt sooo cool
YYYYYEEEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! I want this so badly! Does it cost anything? I'm exicted!
true
1510 minecoins
thanks!
minecraft and dnd how fun
Good job guys!!!
The mind flayer does not sound like a visually appealing experience.
This is awesome! This is the best thing to happen for a hardcore fan of Minecraft and DnD! Lately, Minecraft has been going all out with the DLC's! It's awesome to see all these classic beasts in Minecraft! Thank you Mojang and Microsoft!
Yeah, that part really sucks. I hate when DLC's don't cross platform. One day I might have my Pc, another day I may have my switch. But, besides that I personally love the DLC. This and Jurassic World are my top picks.
It costs 1,510 Minecoins or $8 (USD).
I remember thinking this was gonnabe pretty neat when it was advertised alongside OneD&D.
Based on the OGL crisis that immediately followed, I guess I should have expected something like this quiet limited release crap.
Not coming to Switch?
switch is not very good at running mc, so probably not.
You're kidding me? Runs pretty flawless for me. Was awful at the start of the Switch's lifecycle but its pretty darn smooth now.
