Cheers to it already being June — somehow, we’re halfway through the year!
I hope you’ve been enjoying our Q1 and Q2 Partnered Content releases so far. We’ve added a wide range of new content, partners, and player options to D&D Beyond, with plenty more to come!
Right now, we’re deep in the Season of Horror with Ravenloft: The Horrors Within, and our incredibly talented Partners are bringing even more horror-inspired options to D&D Beyond alongside it. After that, we’ll shift into a Season of Magic, taking the tone in a new direction with releases full of wonder, secrets, and spellbinding possibilities.

Legends of Greyhawk on D&D Beyond
Before we get into the Q3 roadmap, I want to introduce Chris Tulach, our D&D Global Play Manager. Chris will be sharing more about what’s coming next for Legends of Greyhawk. (Be sure to sign up for his Dungeon Dare game if you are attending Gen Con!)
Thanks, Laura!
Legends of Greyhawk, our newest ongoing organized play campaign using the 5.5 rules forward, is off to a great start, with monthly bundle releases starting back in April. Working with organizer publishing partners Baldman Games, GameConclave, and West Coast Adventurer’s Guild, we’re committed to supporting the campaign with regular adventure bundles each month.
If you want to learn more about Legends of Greyhawk, you can visit the campaign webpage for details on how the campaign works, how to create and advance a character, and where to play.
This quarter, we have three bundles coming out – with exciting firsts! Saviors of Safeton in July takes characters to the Wild Coast and is our first release from West Coast Adventurer’s Guild. Dreams of the Chained God from Baldman Games in August bridges the Season of Horror and Season of Magic with a return to Greyhawk City with a plot involving adversaries first seen in Elemental Evil Rising; it’s also the first levels 5-10 adventure bundle. Lastly, The Tear-Stained Idol in September from GameConclave has adventure and intrigue in the Duchy of Urnst.
Summer is heating up for Legends of Greyhawk – pick up these releases and enjoy playing them anywhere your party gathers!

Posted Jun 18, 2026I do wonder which subclasses they will choose for Steinhardt. I am hoping one of them is Lightning Vessel barbarian, as one of my players is already playing it in one of my campaigns.
I am also excited for Quickstone, because Eberron is best setting. Floral Dragons will excite my friend.
I am cautiously optimistic for the Vampire the Masquerade. It is a very different game from DnD, so I am curious to see how it will approach playing a kinedred in DnD.

Posted Jun 18, 2026I noticed the Eberron book specified Harpy, Medusa, and Gargoyle, but the source book actually included Warg, which seemed really unique and cool. Is that not included in 5.5e?

Posted Jun 18, 2026I suspected about a possible d20 version of World of Darkness but the new is still a surprise for me.
I guess "Bound by Blood" will be a great sales success and even if some possible mistakes in the power balance were found these can be easily fixed thanks a later free update. The intention is this to work like a "pilot episode".
My suggestion for future titles are "Changeling: the Dreaming" and "Mage: the Ascension" from WoD and "Prometheus: the Created", "Beast: the Primal" and "Desviant: the Renegades" from CoD.
A reimagined version of "New Capenna" would be perfect for the Kindred because they are powerful but not too much and still they have to keep the Masquerade.
I imagine a setting where Garou and Uratha live in the same world. They dislike each other because the ancestors of the Forsaken killed father Wolf, the king of Nation Garou but the Uratha had their reasons (father Wolf was being blackmailed by an enemy power, maybe even spiritually tainted. To be remembered like the victim of a murder is more honorable than uncovering the truth).
I also imagine Changelings and Lost in the same setting. The relation among both groups may be really complicated. Ch. from WoD want to open more powers toward Hedge to can travel to Arcadia but their "making Arcadia great again" is cause of conflict with the Losts(from CoD) because they are afraid (and they may be right) more planar gates toward the Hedge could cause more innocents to be abducted by the "true Fae". Some times there are mixed alliances against a common antagonist like a "true Fae".
* I suppose some players will be happy with the floral dragons.

Posted Jun 18, 2026Thanks for all the amazing suggestions in these comments (many of which I hadn't heard of before), so please keep them coming! While we can't release everything, I genuinely appreciate each recommendation.
As some have noted, certain class types aren't currently supportable within our backend, but the D&D Beyond team is actively investing in improving our tools and processes, and I'm excited for what that opens up in the future!

Posted Jun 18, 2026So why aren't we getting anything that is partner that is also compatible with 5e? I don't see the point of y'all putting the (version)e if its always going to be 5.5e, which is ironic that all these partner books, like Steinhardt, eberron and Floral dragons, started has 5e books and not 5.5e.
And y'all can tell me "It would be hard to implement for all classes", which i say that's not true cuz if they could do it for crooked moon(which was not that well implemented since its missing stuff and even certain sub-classes don't show up in the class pages) then they can also do for these and other books, heck they could even grab the original books and put them as they are there in their original versions of sub-classes and races.
They could even sell the stuff with both 5e and 5.5e and maybe charge 5 more buck for it and I would get it, but for some reason they don't and that's really sad that they ignore what the people actually are playing more in the current times.

Posted Jun 18, 2026Would there be any chance to have some of the announced and/or already released partner content be sold in a 2014 version? That's really the only version that me and my players use and would love to have easier access to the stuff to make characters, especially the sub-classes.

Posted Jun 18, 2026Very excited for the Eberron and Vampire Masquerade releases. Less familiar with some of the others and nice to see a part 2 to Valda's as had some fun with that. Hoping we get more Loot Tavern stuff in the future and I'd love to see Ryoko's Guide on here in future.
