You have a base 30 walking speed. As a bonus action you can fly at 10 feet in short 6 second bursts.

Through a trick of the eyes, a Cadis Drak looks like its flying but is moving so fast that it flies without wings. Flying action once per day allows you to move thereafter as if flying for 30 minutes in 10 feet bursts at a time/10 feet flying movement speed per turn in combat. If anyone is mounted on them they must do a wisdom saving throw to move with them. Also, if at the end of 30 minutes the creature and all that are riding it will plummet like a rock and suffer equivalent falling damage if cannot avoid it. After moving in this way it is tiring and so a short rest is needed to do it again.

Cadis Drak's move so fast that they seem like they're a blur. Once per short rest, gain the ability to phase through matter up to 10 feet thick up to 30 minutes. If anyone is mounted on them they must do a wisdom saving throw to move with them.

Bred as a mount for soldiers and lesser drow, a Cadis Drak's ovalish aerodynamic form and magically imbued natural energies give them a natural haste based action that can be used once daily resulting in a haste effect for the remainder of combat and up to 30 minutes. A day's rest will restore this.
