Homebrew Changeling (Oaf) Species Details

At first glance the baby seemed like a normal human child but after they looked closer it was clear the baby was nothing but normal. The older the baby grew, the stronger the differences were.

Living and raised in human world changelings seemed to never fit in with the rest. Some would have strange characteristics, others would mingle with dark arts. Humans baby was believed to have been switched with on of the fey, left there to be raised by the human parents.

From Fey Blood

Though changelings may look like humans, they depict characteristics from their original bloodline. That might be physical like short height or ashy skin, or psychological like intelligence far beyond their apparent age. Among humans changelings aim to blend in but most often they can be identified trough display of unusual behavior when they think they are alone.

They range from 4 feet to 7 feet tall and from 60 to 300 pounds, with characteristics that differentiate them from humans. The characteristics are inherited trough their fey bloodline. They tend to have the eyes of their fey ancestry.

Changeling Names

Changelings use human naming conventions. Even though changelings are named by their human parents, they might have fey name from their past life among fey or given by their fey parents.
