Homebrew Three Kobolds in a Trenchcoat Species Details
When kobolds don’t feel safe, they sometimes acquire heavy winter clothing or trenchcoats and disguise themselves as humans by standing on one another’s shoulders. Three kobolds in cold weather gear can pass themselves off as a clumsy human. Doing this creates a bond between the three kobolds that cannot be broken except by doffing the clothing. While wearing their trenchcoat the three kobolds are considered a single creature.

You've become adept at hiding your true nature. You gain proficiency in the Disguise kit and in Deception Checks.
All for one
The magic of the Trenchcoat unifies its wears on a spiritual and empathic level. Any condition that effects one kobold equally effects the other two while in the trenchcoat. This includes being unconscious and death.

Your intelligence or wisdom score increases by 2.
Age
Kobolds reach adulthood at age 6 and can live up to 120 years but rarely do so.
Size
Kobolds are between 2 and 3 feet tall and weigh between 25 and 35 pounds. You are three kobolds and so your size is Medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

As an action on your turn, you can take a moment to huddle together and brainstorm ideas, granting you advantage on the next intelligence check you make. This lasts for 1 minute.
