When determining your character’s ability scores, increase one of those scores by 2 or increase two different scores by 1. Follow this rule regardless of the method you use to determine the scores, such as rolling or point buy.

Regeneration
The feature of the Ambystoma that attracts most attention is its healing ability: the Ambystoma does not heal by scarring and is capable of the regeneration of entire lost appendages in a period of days, and, in certain cases, more vital structures, such as tail, limb, central nervous system, and tissues of the eye and heart. They can even restore less vital parts of their brains. They can also readily accept transplants from other Ambystomas, including eyes and parts of the brain—restoring these alien organs to full functionality.
You own a pool of healing strength, equal to one (1) charge per level, that recharges at a rate of one (1) charge when you take a Long Rest. With that pool, you may restore an inclusive number of Hit Points that equal your level x 5 per charge used. Limbs may be attached at the cut point and healed using one (1) charge of Regeneration. Limbs maybe regrown at the expense of four (4) charges worth of Regeneration and take a short rest complete.
