Homebrew Altered Human Species Details

Due to the mutations caused by the raven Queens pact, Altered eyes are always yellow, and their pupils are slitted, like a cat. You have undergone intense physical alterations to be better suited for the task at hand and future endeavors and thus have had your appearance as well changed

Altered Traits

As a result of the Altered Trial, your body is much more resilient and far better suited to fighting monsters. you only require a short rest to regain spells and have the ability Enhance sense.

Age

 Altered mature at the same rate humans do and reach adulthood around the age of 20. They live much longer than humans, however, often exceeding 180 years.

Alignment

Most Altered are neutral on principle, but there are known to be extremes.  

Appearance 

Your body has become paler yet noticeably denser and stronger and your eyes are yellow, or silver and cat-like. Your canines have grown sharper and longer, and grow two inches or more in height

Ability Score Increase

Your Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores increase by 1.

Darkvision

You gain Darkvision up to 60ft. 

Superior Metabolism

Your Altered biology gives an extreme resistance to diseases, along with a superior resistance to poisons.

You are weaker to necrotic damage
You gain resistance to poison damage. 

You gain resistance to acid damage.

Enhanced Senses

Your sense of smell, sight, hearing, and taste are all incredibly enhanced.

You gain Blindsight out to 10ft. You lose this sense while you are deafened. 
Your superior sight gives you advantage on Survival checks to locate tracks from other creatures.  

Languages

You can speak Common, and two other languages of your choice. 

Altered Skill

You have undergone rigorous physical and mental alterations due to your pact.

Gain proficiency in Athletics, Intimidation, and Survival skill checks.

Altered are about the same size as humans, ranging from 6 to 7 feet tall. Your size is Medium.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 40 feet.

Darkvision

You have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. 

Superior Physiology

You are weaker to necrotic damage

You gain resistance to poison damage. 

You gain resistance to acid damage.

Altered Skill

Gain proficiency in Athletics, Intimidation, and History skill checks.

You can speak, read, and write Common, undercommon and one extra language of your choice.
