Homebrew Babber Species Details

Babbers are what the residents of Baby Island, a small island off the coast of Shiray, are called. Few centuries ago, the inhabitants of this island were cursed. The small community of a couple hundred individuals now all resembled human children. They later realized that they could not die from natural means and when they did die from some incident, they would be born again on the island irrespective of the location of their death with all the memories of their past self intact, but a new physical embodiment now presented to them. Although traumatic at first, Babbers have settled into acceptance of their situation and now often present curious personalities and jovial demeanors. 

Baby Island is a close-knit community made of Babbers and some curious folks who come and go, wanting know more. Most babbers have taken to becoming writing down life events fastidiously to ensure that they can carry on the knowledge of this life to future iterations of themselves. Rarely do they stray too far away from Baby Island, as they feel the need to constantly go back and store their memory notebooks in the Great Baby Library. However, outside of this diligence, Babbers take delight in life, enjoying every moment of invention, exploration, investigation, creation, and play. They aim to seek out every new experience they can.
