Ability Score improvement

When determining your character’s ability scores, you increase one of those scores by 2 and increase a different score by 1, or you increase three different scores by 1. Follow this rule regardless of the method you use to determine the scores, such as rolling or point buy. The “Quick Build” section for your character’s class offers suggestions on which scores to increase. You’re free to follow those suggestions or to ignore them. Whichever scores you decide to increase, none of the scores can be raised above 20.

Glamour

In less enlightened parts of the world, a yordle's appearance could seem frightening or unnatural to mortals. Fortunately, they are adept at blending in, and often protected by a kind of supernatural glamour—subconsciously fading from the viewer's notice, or being masked as a less remarkable individual.

You can make yourself fade from a creature's notice with an intelligence higher than 5. You will appear unremarkable to them and will ignore you. If someone is actively looking for you they must succeed on a perception check against your deception. on a fail they do not notice you. If they have the occasion to make another check, they do it at advantage.

there are exceptions to this, for example, if you walk in a dragon's lair, the dragon may not recognize you, but will still attack for being in it's territory uninvited.

Spirit origins

Yordles can somewhat be considered spirits due to being native to the spirit realms. They don't need to breathe.

Tinker-heads

Yordles are crafty and can make tools and trinkets from nearly anything, and they are really good at it. When creating non magical items, you do it for half the price and time.
