Homebrew Arachnid Species Details
Arachnids are a race of humanoids with spider traits. Their bodies resemble those of humans with a few key differences; they have four eyes, two were the eyes of a human would be and two smaller above them, and they tent to grow more facial and body hair than humans. Their skin color takes different shades, but usually it has the shame color as the carapice of spider species.
In the world of Amvior, arachnids were created when the king of the Unseen made a deal with Lolth, the Spiderqueen and cursed their entire land. In general, arachnids have a very strong sense of community, sticking together most of the time. They truly believe in power in numbers. Due to their innate magic and spider features, arachnid cities are crafted in an ellaborate way; making sure that everything is accessable through climbing or walking.
Most arachnids are timid and gentle, with good manners and decent education. Most of them try to use their menacing appearance to intimidate others when threatened, but they rarely act upon their threats. Not that there aren't violent arachnids, but due to their societal structure most of arachnids are good hearted and altruistic.
