Homebrew Canus Species Details
A species that resembles a human and a wolf merged together, With a human body, Wolf-like ears and tail, and claws.
They have unnatural sight, smell, and hearing.
They can use their claws as a weapon.
Canus Traits
Due to the mixed traits of a Canus, they have a varied selection of racial traits attributed to them.Wolf's Claws
Canus' can use their claws as a weapon attack dealing 2d8 damage.
Languages
You can read, write and speak common.
Sight of the Wolf
You have darkvision up to 100ft
You have truesight up to 100ft
Wolf fangs
You can use your fangs as a melee weapon attack, dealing 1d8+5 piercing damage.
Howl of aiding
Howl and summon help in the form of a dire wolf, that is friendly towards you and your companions and stays by your side until you tell it to leave.
It can speak and understand any language you understand or learn while it is within 100ft of you.
Beastly appearance
Animals and monsters of the beast category are either naturally friendly towards you, or are able to become friendly to you (Up to DM) with a successful d15 persuasion check.
As well you can cast animal friendship at will.
Blood frenzy
Once per every short rest, you can throw yourself into a blood frenzy and deal extra damage to enemies.
Naturally fit
Due to your natural fitness of body, you have a range of physical benefits.
Bestial senses
Due to your bestial nature, you have a range benefits.

Posted Oct 14, 2022Thanks for the compliment although to be honest there is a lot of work that could be done on it, for example it could be more descriptive like my pride and joy the Forsaken race I made, and there are some bugs in character builder that I haven't ironed out yet and probs won't get the chance to for a long time.
