Homebrew Awakened Cat (basic stats only) Species Details

A cat granted human intelligence through awaken. The cat retains it's base characteristics, but increases intelligence to 10.

Base awakened stats:
STR 3 (-4), DEX 15 (+2), CON 10 (+0), INT 10 (+0), WIS 12 (+1), CHA 7 (-2)

If rolling for stats, add +2 DEX, +1 WIS, -5 STR.

Awakened Cat (basic stats only) Traits

Awakened cats retain the physical traits of their base cat form, but increase intelligence to 10.

Keen Smell

The cat has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Claws

On a hit, claws deal slashing damage equal to 1 + your Strength modifier. You are proficient with your claws.

Natural hunter

Proficient in Perception and Stealth.

Awakened speech

You can speak one language known by the one who cast awaken on you.

Fleet of foot

Base movement speed: 40 ft. Climbing speed: 30 ft.
