Homebrew Cymanti Species Details

The Cymanti are a breakout group of Humans who moved to the swampy forests and learned to live with the Ciru Bug, which attaches to their faces and merges with their brains.
Each tribe of the Cymanti are led by their Shaman, a powerful being capable of controlling the Bugs and using strange magic able to further increase the abilities of their followers. The Cymanti are known to train gigantic bugs, use their enemies to fertilize their fungi farms, and utilize crippling poisons to vanquish all who would threaten their marshy home.

The Ciru Bug provides you with extra abilities in exchange for a host body. Attaching to your face and merging with your brain, the Ciru Bug allows your body to work in overdrive. You move faster, react quicker, and move more quietly. Though these abilities may be great utilities in battle, the aggressive Ciru Bug tends to take over during out of combat situations as well. You are compelled to antagonize NPC's in conversations and interactions.
