Homebrew Aknopath Species Details

A humanoid race blessed with an abnormally large brain capacity and a knowledge of what will happen in the next 2 seconds. They look like half-elves but normally have no relation to the elves except for the occasional relation to drow. Aknopaths are almost always chaotic and tend to lean toward evil. 

Aknopath Traits

A gifted half-elven race

Ability Score Increase

You get +2 in Dexterity and +1 in Intelligence and +1 in Charisma

Age

Aknopaths reach maturity around age 35, where there is a huge celebration in their community. They can live almost as long as elves, but between 100-200 years is when they are in their prime.

Alignment

All known Aknopaths are chaotic, although they can range from good to evil.

Size

Aknopaths have around the same height range as elves and half-elves. Their weight works like humans, though. Your size is Medium but your base walking speed is 25. 

Combat Sense

Walking speed is 25, although in combat it is increased to 35. However, if you are hit, you speed increases to 40 and opportunity attacks against you have a disadvantage.

Foresight

You choose one enemy on the battlefield to know what their next move will be. The next attack they make is made at a Disadvantage. This ability has 3 charges and all the charges are filled every short rest.

Keen Senses

You have Proficiency in Perception

Racial Weapon

Aknopaths are masters of the glaive. They are taught from a young age how to use one. Using tinkerer's tools you may change your glaive to use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength.

Racial Vulnerability

Aknopaths are vulnerable to Radiant damage.
