Homebrew Arborean Species Details
Born from the Wild Mother's own womb, these dryad are dedicated to protecting the earth. Being hunted for the innate magic properties in their wood, they now number in the hundreds across the world. Most have now chosen the life of a recluse, holding tightly to secret sections of forests, marshes, and woodland areas. A close connection to the earth creates a wellspring of natural power and magic to be called upon in its protection. These folk keep to themselves, rarely venturing into the world of men, unless expressly called upon by the Wild Mother to do so.
