Homebrew Wraithlord Species Details
Towering over its foes, the Wraithlord is controlled by the essence of one of the craftworld's mightiest warriors. Able to be equipped with a wide variety of Heavy Weapons, Assault Weapons and even a close combat weapon the Wraithlord is an extremely versatile component in the Aeldari battleplan.
Wraithlord Traits
The Wraithlord has the following features.Natural Weapons
You have several natural weapons that come embedded in your form. While playing a Wraithlord, you can only use these weapons. You can spend 50 gp and an hour with a magical weapon to transfer an appropriate enchantment to any of your natural weapons.
Ghostglaive
The Ghostglaive is a massive powered sword wielded by Wraithknights and Wraithlords. It deals 1d12 Slashing Damage.
Bright Lance
The Bright Lance is one of the most powerful heavy weapons in the arsenal of the Craftworld Aeldari. It operates by firing a concentrated blast of coherent light. This weapon deals 2d12 Radiant Damage and has a range of 90/120ft., however you can never add your proficiency bonus to this attack.
Shuriken Catapult
A Shuriken Catapult is a large shuriken-firing ballistic weapon that is the standard and most common armament found amongst Craftworld Aeldari warriors. This weapon has a 30/60ft. range and deals 3d4 Piercing Damage.
Wraithbone Form
Your body is made from Wraithbone, a psychic conductor which provides structure and armour for the things built of it. Your AC is 18 and you cannot wear armor. You can apply a shield's bonus as normal provided you can find one big enough.
In addition, you gain extra hit points equal to your level.
Spirit Stone
You have a Spirit Stone embedded in your chest. When you die, this stone can be removed. A caster can use the stone to replace all material components in a spell that has the sole effect of restoring you to life (but not undeath).
Wraithsight
Due to your form existing in the realspace, long periods of constant motion may make you slower to act and occasionally stopping you from acting at all. While you do not need to eat, sleep or breathe, you are required to remain motionless for 10 hours in order to complete a long rest. If a Wraithlord were to take points of exhaustion due to fatigue, then the number of points taken is doubled.
