Homebrew Bibbin Species Details

also for context twiddle is a language that basically allows you to talk to birds. all avian races can understand it, and anyone can learn it so long as they’re taught by a bibbin. it has no written form.
Bibbin Traits
As an bibbin, you have certain traits in common with your people. Being able to fly at high speed starting at 1st level is exceptionally effective in certain circumstances and exceedingly dangerous in others. As a result, playing a bibbin requires special consideration by your DM.Ability Score Increase
Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.
Age
Bibbins age at a similar rate as humans, reaching full maturity at age 18. Once they turn 25, their aging slows drastically, and they live on for about 200 years.
Alignment
A bibbin’s alignment may vary depending on where and how they were raised, though many tend to lean towards chaotic and neutral alignments.
Size
Bibbins are anywhere from just below 5 feet to 11 feet tall. They’re typically lighter than humans. Your size is considered Medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Flight
You have a flying speed of 60 feet. If an object or person is too heavy, you cannot lift them into the air with you. The magic that created you allows you to fly even with heavy armor, but you are limited to simple, light, ranged weapons and ranged spells.
Talons
Your talons are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, and speak Twiddle.
