Homebrew Avaadian Species Details

A species of aliens from the planet Avaade. Their complexion is determined by the gem they are born with, which grows from their head and resembles human hair. They can be born with any mineral but some are more radioactive and dangerous than others. Those whose minerals refract light have control over such light. The Avaadian's have made a pact with Earth that cannot be broken and have sent some of their own to the planet to spread culture.
