Homebrew CheniMoaw Anthro Species Details

CheniMoaw are creatures that are basically living dream catchers, they absorb nightmares and negative energy.

Their primary food consists of nightmares and bad energy which they absorb ensuring peaceful sleep, and leaving only positive energy, though they can't create possitive energy out of nothing. Otherwise they eat fruits and vegetables.

Though they can not create happy dreams, or positive energy those that suffer from nightmares, anxiety, depression, and simiar negativity tend to befriend them or enlist their aid. When they eat nightmares it allows the person to have a restful sleep without any dreams, and when they remove negative energy the energy becomes neutral and calm allowing things to more easily be made positive. The absorbtion is not technically imediate but it may seem that way and then the continued pull makes it seem as though it is completely gone though until the cause is gone your are still experiencing the nightmare/negative energy on an unperceivable level

Appearance
-They are small and stand between 2-4ft high and weigh between 8-60lb
-Shape shifters can change into beast equivalent, size becomes tiny (height of a munchkin cat) in this form people have been known to carry them either on their back, shoulders, or in a pack
-Outside of abnormalites and accidents they have 6 pawed limbs, 1 eye, fangs, buckteeth, pointed catish ears, and 3 body sections with their rear being more like a thorax with a mouth that has a prehensile two tone tongue. Tongue can be dry like skin or slimey since the inside of the mouth can produce a sort of saliva but since their tongues are often outside the mouth they are more often dry
-Some have 1-5 horns of a variety shapes, commonly they are smaller than their ears but rarely can be as large as the rest of them but no bigger
-Some have spine or butt spikes, or mohawks
-Their face can sometimes have a long tongue similar to their rear, or a split tongue, some have lower fangs, their fangs can vary in size
-Some have wings but it's uncommon, and ones with large wings are even rarer though never larger than their own body -a flying speed between 10 and 30 should be applied with wings depending on wing type with butterfly wings not being as fast as feather, leather, or dragonfly/stiffer insect type wings (basically note if wings are more the glide type of the propell type)
-They can have any coloration and markings

By nature they are seen as good and in general are at worst neutral, the world is full of so much negative that they don't need to be bad/evil to add more. Also even if they couldn't find any negativity to consume they would just eat fruits and vegetables

Racial Traits

Fall on your Feet

The have a feline type spine that allows them to twist around to land on their feet from any fall high enough to do damage

Beast nose

Since you are a beast your sense of smell is hightened and you can sniff any area you want. This allows you to Detect Poison and Disease 

Darkvision

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness only shades of gray.

Prehensile Tongue

Acts as an extra appendage that is able to hold, but not manipulate tools, it can also hold and move objects

Many limbs

Having an extra set of arms allows them to wield twice as many items as a person with only one set, plus their prehensile tongue acts as a fifth limb for any item that doesn't require fingers to use. Though items that require 2 hands to wield can get a bit tangled if not positioned correctly

Too cute

Though odd with one eye and you'd think intimadating with those teeth they are still somehow just cute so intimadation tends to fail, but with cuteness comes a potential advantage to charm
