Homebrew Crystalline Tiefling Species Details

You are a rare one indeed, a child of a devil and a crystalline curse.

To be a Crystalline Tiefling is a coin of two sides: fear of your devilish heritage and fascination of your elemental. Although less violence is received than your brother and sister race, you are often treated "differently."

Elemental Infernal Bloodline

Crystalline Tieflings are derived from much the same as other Tieflings but with an alteration of their curse, they still look humanoid but have crystal protrusions and eyes like crystals. Crystalline Tieflings have large horns; sometimes made of bones, others of crystal: some resemble Ram Horns, others of other animals and creatures. Crystalline Tieflings have tails around 5 feet long and they are standard in appearance except for crystals going down the length of them. Their canine teeth are sharply pointed, and their eyes resemble that of crystals—Amethyst, Agate, Desert Rose, Emerald, Diamond—with no visible sclera or pupil. Often times these Tieflings are blind due to their eyes being literal crystals but not always. Their skin tones cover the full range of of crystals as well.

Loners or Outsiders

Crystalline Tieflings being so rare often live in hills and mountains, often times the Underdark. Often live in small groups of similar crystal types, they often are cautious around other races.
