Homebrew Alchemic Warforged- Species Details

Created from a willing participant, Alchemic Warforged are given life once the donor gives up theirs. They may or may not carry traits of their donor, but there is no transfer of memory or personality guaranteed. Many are childlike when first created, ignorant towards things like speech and societal expectations, but learn quickly and have the capacity for knowledge equal to that of an adult. They are easily molded by their environment when 'young', thus making them easily manipulated. They maybe proven to be less sturdy, or more complicated in structure than their mass produced Dwarven counterparts. Alchemic Warforged need a base command to function off of, regardless of the commands simplicity. 

Alchemic Warforged- Traits

Being inorganic, many hangups of living do not plague Alchemic Warforge, but this isnt without flaw.

Constructed Resilience

  • You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you have resistance to poison damage.
  • You don’t need to eat, drink, or breathe.
  • You are immune to disease.
  • You don’t need to sleep, and magic can’t put you to sleep.

Integrated protection

  • You gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class.
  • You can don only armor with which you have proficiency. To don armor, you must incorporate it into your body over the course of 1 hour, during which you remain in contact with the armor. To doff armor, you must spend 1 hour removing it. You can rest while donning or doffing armor in this way.
  • While you live, your armor can’t be removed from your body against your will.

Ability Score Increase

Obedience is a part of Warforge nature, making them determined in whatever their mission may be.
