Homebrew Burrowing Insectoid Species Details

Insectoids are a race of people whom possess many abilities, some of which are exclusive to certain Insectoids. Resilient and strong, these bug-like folk are able to take more than one hit and shrug it off. Insectoids are more common in civilizations shrouded in the green plant life of forests, but do appear in other civilizations rarely.

Plated to Protect: Insectoids of all kinds are covered in a protective layer of chitin that help raise their mortality. Some Insectoids have thicker chitin, while others' are thin, but nevertheless, every Insectoid is protected by the chitin on their bodies. Some Insectoids have rougher chitin than others, but that doesn't change how effective the chitin is.

Ranging Looks: Insectoids can range drastically when it comes to looks. Insectoids can be any bug or arachnid, and can range from looking more Insect-like or Human-like.

Burrowers: Some Insectoids burrow better than others. They are called "Burrowing Insects."
