Wolvens, wolf people, what else can I say?

Wolven Traits

You have these traits when you are raised as a Wolven.

Creature Type

You are a Humanoid. 

Darkvision

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.

Age

Wolvens are quick to mature both physically and emotionally, reaching young adulthood at age 15. They live a long life up to 100 years old.

Alignment

Wolvens tend to be chaotic, though some are lawful and orderly. With survival and the well-being of the pack being of the utmost importance, most Wolvens will do anything to protect those they have called their pack.

Size

Wolvens are closely related to dire wolves though smaller and standing upright at an average of 6 feet and the tallest being at 7 feet. Your size is Medium.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Ability Score - Wisdom

Your Wisdom increases by 1.

Dire Wolven Senses

You have proficiency in the Perception skill and have an advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Wolven, Stout Hunter

You are born with a closer connection to Dire Wolves. You are a strong hunter in your pack.

Dire Wolf Strength

You are naturally bigger with your connection to Dire Wolves, and therefore you are much stronger. You gain a +2 bonus to Strength.

Savage Bite

Your bite strength is impressive, despite not having the size equal to actual Dire Wolves. Your bite is a natural melee weapon that you can use to make an unarmed strike.  If you hit, you deal 1d6 + Strength modifier piercing damage instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

Topple The Weak

As a Stout Hunter, you can use a bonus action to attempt to bring the target to the ground. The target must be no more than one size larger than you and within 5 feet of you. Unless it succeeds on a Strength saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier, you knock the target prone.

Wolven, Swift Hunter

You are born with a closer connection to the current wolves. You are a swift hunter in your pack.

Wolf Dexterity

You are faster after much training to become more dexterous. You gain a +2 bonus to Dexterity.

Swift Claws

Your clawing speed is impressive, from your natural lithe form and training. Your claws are a natural melee weapon that you can use to make an unarmed strike.  If you hit, you deal 1d6 + Dexterity modifier slashing damage instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

Quick Claw Swipe

As a Swift Hunter, you can use a bonus action to impair a target's vision with your claws in a quick strike. The target must be no more than one size larger than you and within 5 feet of you. Unless it succeeds on a Dexterity saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier and successfully avoids the claws from nicking their eyes, you blind the creature until the start of its next turn. Fail or success, you can move 5 feet.
