Homebrew Alandaran Dragonborn Species Details

This race is a result of magical experimentation, and genocide of all dragon species. The Emperor of the Mord Empire, crafted them to be the elite fighting force, in his quest to Conquer Alandara. 

Just like their dragon predecessors, they share many of the same qualities, and features of that creature. 1 in every 10,000 is born as an alpha variant. These creatures develop additional powers, including wings that will grant them a fly speed that is the same as their walking speed.
