Homebrew Yaujta Species Details

This race ages very slowly and can live over several thousand years, however they reach physical adulthood around 50-60 years old, their metaphorical maturity is subjective to their hunting skills, un-blooded, young blood, blooded, elite, elder, ancient, clan leader, but their are bad-bloods aka rogues. rogues can be any rank, but their rank was stripped as they abandoned their people. 

They are named after a trait or resemblance by others, but they have very complicated names that cannot be spoken by non-Yaujta. 

subraces include - clan traits (jungle, desert, city, feral, etc.), super predators, and hybrids (body/traits of yaujta withs strengths/weaknesses of other species)

 

Yaujta Traits

thermal vision, strength and constitution, mimic, 2 skills

Thermal Vision

ability to see heat signatures up to 60 feet, gives advantage on tracking warm blooded creatures, how old track is for example.

mimic

yaujta know common and yaujta, but they only know basic common and can learn small bits of languages and the meaning easily if they hear the words 3 times

invisibility

At level 5 the player gains the ability to go invisible, if a liquid is falling or dust is hitting the character his invisibility breaks, EXCEPT FOR WATER. he can go invisible for 10 minutes 4 times per a long rest, must take at least 1 minute breaks of use in-between each interval, spell does not end when target melee attacks unless target is hit or uses a ranged attack.
