Can see in the dark.

The Devil race has the ability to change shape at will, this is an instant ability and can be used out of turn.

The Devil is inherently able to distort reality on a case-by-case basis, and this ability is allowed to be used on any NPC or player. Temporarily confuses the target into thinking they're experiencing something different from everyone else, including other victims of the spell.

This ability allows for the Devil to manipulate any conversation or interaction  to his or her will, changing the mind of their victim to better suit the Devil.
