Homebrew Arketron: Model Freelancer Species Details

Mechanical constructs that have lived for an eon before their empire disappeared along with the entire race. It's unknown how they disappeared, but now they somehow reappeared after followers of one of "The Four Heavenly Kings" excavated an old fortress. Whenever they get reactivated, they immediately pledge there life and service to whoever brought them back into the world, so long as the person in question is lawful.

Freelancer models are considered the most similar to humanoids in terms of structural shape. They are built with having crafting, scavenging, and fighting based skills in mind.

Arketron: Model Freelancer Traits

Your ancient robotic built gives you the following abilities

Mechanical organs

Due to your Arketron body, you don't require any food or water, and you don't need anything to breathe

Restless

Arketrons don’t really sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 2 hours a day. (The Common saying for such meditation is “state of trance.”) After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.

Complex mind and body

Your odd intellect and physical body gives you immunities to many things

Languages

You can read, speak, and write common 

Freelancer prowess

Gain proficiencies in a tool of your choice, warhammers, perception, investigations, and history checks

Age

You don't have a limit on how old you can be, but Arketrons are usually around 100,000 to 500,000 years old

Speed

You have a natural walking speed of 30

Bonus trait

Two stats of your choice get increased, one by get +1, the other gets +2.
