As a cantrip the half-mermaid can create a bubble of air from their saliva. It must be on a willing creature. Can only be used in the water. Has one use between short rests. One Charge at Level 1 and add another charge every two levels. (Level 3 = 2 charges. Up to a max of 5 charges)

Only in their mermaid form can they use the powers of their voice. Once every long rest. Takes a DC15 Wisdom Saving Throw.
