Homebrew Chlorokin Species Details

Plantoids are beings made from plants that have gained sentience. Their history and origin are mostly unknown. Some believe that the gods gave a select group of plants intelligence and bodies, others believe it was a freak accident in an alchemical lab, or some believe they are fey creatures. In any case, they are walking talking plants.
