Although ordinary on the outside this cat has big secret. It can talk. And not just that. I once saw it transform to human with cat-like ears and tail.
Awakened Cat Traits
Although tiny, talking cats are nothing but ordinary.Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Body of cat
Your base movement is 40 feet and you have climbing speed of 30 feet.
Your size is Tiny.
Your creature type is shifter.
Keen smell:You have advantege on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
You fave disadvantage in getting intoxicated or poisoned.
Human transformation
As an action you can transform to cat-human.
In this form you gain stats of Commoner. If you have higher stats then that of Commoner, you keep your original stats. (Like druid's Wildshape)
You keep your Keen smell when you transform.
Feline speach
You can talk to people and felines alike.
