Homebrew Blizzard tainted Species Details

They are immune to the cold.

Powder Snow Sense:
Blizzard Tainted are well versed in cold environments and have advantage for survival, stealth, perception, investigation checks in cold environments.

Burden or Gift:
+3 to strength but the corruption takes its toll and takes -1 to constitution.

Blizzard's grasp:
Once per long rest, when you attack someone with a melee attack, you can choose to use this power. The opposing creature most make a wisdom save (DC10 + your Charisma modifier). If they fail the roll they will be paralyzed for 1 minute while Blizzard torments the victim's mind. The opposing creature can roll to break the paralyzed status at the end of each of it's turns. (Save Con. DC 12)
