Homebrew Yautja Species Details

The yautja hail from the reaches of the stars, but generations of life on this planet have cut them off from their star fairing relatives. They live in hunter clans ranging in size from 10 to 40 individuals. The clans are nomadic in nature, often uprooting instead of facing open conflict as losses could affect the clan in the future. 

When forced to fight, yautja are terrifying opponents. Their tendency to collect skulls as trophies is unnerving on it's own. But in addition, yautja are naturally strong, sturdily built, and surprisingly fast for their size. 

Yautja live for the hunt, and may the gods have mercy on their prey. But there is still hope, as they would rather have a fair fight then toy with their trophies. If their aponent is disarmed, the yautja will disarm themselves and proceed to have a vicious bought of fisticuffs. If they die in the hunt, it is glorious death, as is dying in combat.

Yautja range in size anywhere between 7 and 11 feet tall. They are massive, larger than even goliaths. They speak a language that is almost impossible for other races to learn as the structure of yautja vocal cords and their mouths in general are so different than that of other races.
