Homebrew darkinmire Species Details

the darkinmire family is a race of shape shifters who can be either small or tall they keep their main appearance to be a perfect black cat with three tails and no shirt since their chests and upper body cant handle being covered by cloths and it causes great pain for them but they can wear purr sheep wool it just makes them very itchy, now under their fur which attracts light but doesn't reflect anyone of it and just absorbs it fully is a deep purple and black skin and muscles and well their entire insides are like this they have no organs at all unless they choose to have them so most of the time it is only reproductive organs and nothing else now they do still need to eat as they will always be hungry and when they eat it goes down their throat and gets turned into atoms which their bodies then turn into energy, under under their flesh is a metal skeleton now this skeleton is completely indestructible nothing can break it and their tail and ears also have this metal bones in them while their joints are breakable they wont be able to feel it as they don't have a nervous system or a brain at all so they can break their arms to grab someone behind them and then force it back to the right position to flip the person in front of them. as for their ability to shape shift their is no known limits to this but as for dnd they cant seem to transform into a lot of the larger creatures such as dragons giant and other things of that size and caliber. as for the fur once again it is a perfect black but they will have other colors throughout it by choice and without dyes such as the first had blue in her fur making her hair as well as nice blue eyes while the second chose a nice crimson red and blood crimson red for his eyes. and as one finial thing they tend to be very sexual creatures and are very good at seducing almost anything and keeping them as a partner with love and affection.

the darkinmire race is a race of shape shifters and because of this and their bodies they have gained an immunity to lightning and have learned to use their metal skeletons to conduct the electricity as a weapon, they have learned to breath fire just as a dragonborn can but because of their bodies the fire they breath is a black fire with a white outline to it and it seems to burn hotter than most other flames and can melt through most materials and metals but this black fire effect seems to happen anytime their body comes in contact with fire so if there's a candle or open flame and they touch it it transforms into the same black fire so they have gained a slight resistance to fire in general.

Feline form

to keep it short because of their body they have chosen they have all the features of a cat such as seeing in the dark better hearing and smell and enhanced acrobatics

the boney conversation

due to being a highly active race in civilisation without people knowing they are very good at persuading people in general for any purpose they may need

charismatic

due to spending so much time blending into different civilizations to hide themselves for so long they have grown very good at talking to people and getting them to like them so they don't raise suspicion of who or what they really are.

a hunted race

due to the race being hunted for so long they have grown more aware in not only fights on how an enemy is going to attack but also more aware of their surrounding when running and or dodging.

old burns and scars

darkinmires have been through a lot in their life and so have racked up a lot of scars making them slightly tougher and due to their issue with fire they have a stronger resistance to fire then most even if it can change when coming in contact with them.
