Homebrew Demigods Species Details

Look, I didn't want to be a half-blood. Believe whatever lie your mom or dad told you about your birth and try to lead a normal life. Being a half-blood is dangerous. It's scary. Most of the time, it gets you killed in painful, nasty ways. You might be one of us. And once you know that, it's only a matter of time before they sense it too, and they'll come for you. Don't say I didn't warn you.

A Broad Spectrum

With their penchant for migration and conquest, demigods are more physically diverse than other common races. There is no typical human. An individual can stand from 5 feet to a little over 6 feet tall and weigh from 125 to 250 pounds. Their skin shades can range from nearly black to very pale, and hair colours from blond to green to red(curly, kinky, or straight).

Variety in All Things

Demigods are the most adaptable and ambitious people among the common races. They have widely varying tastes, morals, and customs in the many different lands where they have settled. When they settle, though, they stay: they build cities to last for the ages, and great kingdoms that can persist for long centuries. An individual might have a relatively short life span, but a nation or culture preserves traditions with origins far beyond the reach of any single human’s memory. They live fully in the present—making them well suited to the adventuring life—but also plan for the future, striving to leave a lasting legacy.

Dreams

Every dream in a demigod's life means something. Most visions taking place in the future a dream for them is a special insight that may or may not be positive. Dreams can also be a form of communication, like the iris message, gods or other demigods can enter into your dreams and intervene.

Godly parent

Would they have stuck around? Did they claim you before 13? Who are they? These are question you may be asking, just be warned they sometimes can never be answered. The olympians consists of Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Dionysus, Apollo, Hermes, Hephaestus, Ares, Aphrodite, Artemis, Athena, Hera, Demeter, and Hestia. i cannot name all of the minor gods or we would be here for a long time but here are some: Iris, Nemesis, Nike, Tyche, Hebe, Hecate, Hypnos and Eros. Some of the goddesses above are maiden gods meaning they will not have children. (Artemis, Hera, Hestia and Demeter etc) This means the dm cannot choose this option for you.

Danger zone

Demigods are often surrounded by monsters wherever they go, training at Camp Half-Blood may help but it is never a guaranteed escape. Camp Jupiter provides a safe haven for Roman Demigods that can last for generations to come. If you are the child of the big three, you are most likely to be flocked by monsters from birth. When a monster is killed they explode into a sort of yellowish powder, during the events of the Great Prophecy (Heroes of Olympus, by the way great series) this was not possible.
