Homebrew Civil Dragon Species Details
The wizard smiled as he poured the blood of several races over the dragon eggs he collected - two of each color. Finally, after decades of research and careful abductions, he would have dragonborn servants, powerful in magic and utterly devoted to him!
He chanted the complex spell, fingers twisting together in strange patterns. His breath held, he watched as the eggs started to rock and then hatch. Something had gone wrong, these weren't dragonborn! He stared at them, hoping that the spell had at least enslaved them as it should've.
A type of dragon, as their name proclaims, civil dragons walk proudly on four legs or two. Shaped by a power hungry wizard, civil dragons originally hatched from dragon eggs as a unique race, combining their draconic nature with some humanoid attributes. These fierce and intelligent little dragons have carved out a place for themselves in socieity, and everyone knows that as civil as they are, they're still dragons.
Proud Dragons
Civil dragons look like minitures of typical drgons but can walk on their hind legs if they choose too and can grab with their front claws as well as any humanoid. They are more sociable then other dragons and like to live in cities with other creatures. Some have houses or appartments while others are content living on rooftops.
