Homebrew Dogfolk Species Details

I don't feel like writing about all the freaking lore and shit for this race, so I'll just say: You're a dog, you say bark-bark, and you can be any dog breed, it has no additional benefits. 

Dogfolk Traits

As a Dogfolk you gain the following benefits (ara ara)

Speed.

Your base walking speed is 35 ft.

Ability Score Improvement.

Your Charisma score increases by 2, and your Dexterity score increases by 1.

Age.

Dogfolk live a lifespan equivalent to a human.

Alignment.

That's stupid. Do whatever you want for alignment.

Size.

Dogfolk are usually smaller on average than humans, ranging from 4 and a half ft to 5 and a half ft tall. Your size is Medium.

Claws.

Dogfolk have claws which they can use to slash at their enemies. On a hit, roll 1d4 damage + your Dexterity modifier. 

Keen Senses

You have advantage on checks related to smell and hearing.

Thick Fur.

Because of your thick fluffy fur coat, you gain resistance to cold conditions.
