Homebrew Beastman Species Details

Beastmen- Beastmen are physically stronger than a human, but not as strong as an Orc. They are native to Northern Gynak, and form tribes often based on what animals they look like. They traditionally record their history by carving it into poles or stones. Many Beastmen have been enslaved and brought to Drayanum as slaves or servants. This has led to many Beastmen living in Drayanum. Due to this they also bred with humans and elves. The results of these unions are called demi-humans or demi-elves. They are hated and enslaved heavily as well. Both races are gifted in spirit magic. They fear and distrust humans. They distrust but have a better relation with elves. They are friendly with the Rentar. They have folklore about the Dragonborn, and view them as liberators or pacifists. They don’t know about the Flitorians. They fear and distrust Tieflings. They sometimes trade with Merfolk, although cat beastmen have a feud with them. They are envious of orcs because they want their rights. They fear Nymphs. They honor the undead, mostly out of fear. They are neutral towards the changelings, viewing them as distant neighbors. Their corrupted forms are warbeasts. They live average 65 years.
